Positions and Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Manager
- Lead and manage Quality Management Systems (QMS) across projects.
- Enhance SPC (Statistical Process Control) and process capabilities.
- Oversee PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and control plans.
- Address customer complaints and implement RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and 8D problem-solving techniques.
- Quality Assurance Engineer/Senior Engineer
- Perform defect analysis, detection, and control chart analysis.
- Implement process capability studies to ensure product quality.
- Utilize problem-solving techniques such as 8D, A3, and RCA.
- Work closely with production teams to uphold quality standards.
- Supplier Quality Engineer/Senior Engineer
- Conduct supplier audits and evaluations.
- Monitor incoming quality control (IQC) processes.
- Lead supplier defect analysis and drive improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with quality benchmarks through detailed RCA and 8D methods.
