Job Responsibilities

🔹 Branch Manager/Supervisor: Oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.
🔹 Call Center Agents: Handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer support.
🔹 Receptionist: Greet clients, schedule appointments, and assist with customer service needs.
🔹 Inventory Assistant: Manage product stock, track inventory levels, and ensure availability of beauty products.
🔹 Hairstylist/Assistant Hairstylist: Provide high-quality hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
🔹 Massage Therapist: Perform professional massage treatments to promote relaxation and wellness.
🔹 Facial Therapist: Offer advanced facial treatments to enhance skin health and beauty.
For Head Office Positions:
🔹 Internal Audit & Compliance Specialist: Ensure company policies align with compliance standards.
🔹 Senior BI Analyst: Analyze business data to provide insights for decision-making.
🔹 Senior Inventory Controller: Manage and optimize inventory across multiple branches.
🔹 Learning Technology Specialist: Develop training programs and e-learning solutions for employees.
