✔ Senior Secondary Teachers (Economics, Accountancy, Psychology, Business Studies, Home Science, Painting)
✔ Secondary Teachers (Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Hindi, Malayalam)
✔ Primary Teachers (English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Art, Arabic, Islamic Studies, Physical Education)
✔ Primary/KG/Montessori Teachers (Homeroom Teachers)
✔ School Counsellor (MA/MSc Psychology/MSW)
✔ Special Educator (Bachelor’s/Master’s in Special Education with B.Ed.)

Job Responsibilities

1. Teaching Positions (Primary, Secondary, and Senior Secondary Teachers)

• Deliver high-quality education as per the curriculum guidelines.
• Prepare lesson plans and implement engaging teaching strategies.
• Conduct assessments, examinations, and performance evaluations.
• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Use modern teaching methodologies, including technology integration.

2. Head of Section / Department

• Lead academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty training.
• Monitor student progress and ensure academic excellence.
• Collaborate with school management for policy implementation.

3. Academic Supervisors

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning and assessments.
• Evaluate teaching effectiveness and provide constructive feedback.

4. School Counsellor

• Provide emotional, social, and academic counseling for students.
• Conduct workshops and awareness programs for mental well-being.

5. Special Educator

• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Assist in creating an inclusive learning environment.

Minimum Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed.
✔ Graduates/Postgraduates in Arts/Science with KHDA-approved diplomas (minimum 24 months).
✔ Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
✔ Strong English communication and presentation skills.
✔ Candidates with spouse/own visa are preferred.
