1. Call Centre Executives (Russian & Arabic Speakers)
📌 Job Summary:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with inquiries, and appointment scheduling, and provide excellent customer service.
📌 Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage patient inquiries via phone and email.
- Schedule appointments and provide accurate information about hospital services.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing queries.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital protocols.
- Handle patient complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
📌 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification.
- Experience: 1-3 years in a call center or customer service role (healthcare preferred).
