Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard, providing a comfortable and inviting environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Room Maintenance:
• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Ensure all rooms are inviting and clean, addressing any specific guest requests or preferences.
• Bathroom Upkeep:
• Sanitize and clean bathrooms, restocking supplies such as towels, toiletries, and tissue.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor promptly.
• Public Area Cleaning:
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways and lobbies, as assigned.
• Ensure housekeeping storage areas are tidy and correctly stocked.
• Guest Interaction:
• Greet guests warmly and respond to queries promptly and politely.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Compliance:
• Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role is preferred.
• Skills:
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
• Availability:
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
