Available Positions

1. Demi Chef De Partie, Commis (Continental and Western Cuisine)
   • Responsibilities:
     • Assist in food preparation and cooking, specializing in continental and western cuisine.
     • Ensure dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
     • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations.
     • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes.
   • Requirements:
     • Culinary certification or equivalent experience.
     • Proven experience in a similar role within a hotel or fine dining environment.
     • Strong knowledge of continental and Western cuisine.
2. Receptionist
   • Responsibilities:
     • Welcome guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
     • Address guest inquiries, reservations, and concerns professionally.
     • Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth communication with other departments.
   • Requirements:
     • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role.
     • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
     • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
3. Waiter/Waitress
   • Responsibilities:
     • Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
     • Ensure an exceptional dining experience by addressing guest needs and preferences.
     • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
   • Requirements:
     • Prior experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
     • Excellent customer service skills.

4. F&B Supervisor
