Walk-In-Interview Details:

Key Responsibilities (General for All Positions):
- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks as per industry standards.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Identify potential issues, recommend solutions, and execute corrective actions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks within deadlines.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Position-Specific Duties:
- Multi Technician – Civil:
- Handle various civil works including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and minor repairs.
- Civil Technician:
- Perform construction, structural repair, and finishing works.
- Electrical Technician:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and fixtures.
- AC Technician:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Kitchen Equipment Technician:
- Maintain and repair commercial kitchen appliances, including ovens, dishwashers, and refrigeration units.
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in the relevant field (2+ years preferred).
✔ Technical certification or diploma in the respective trade.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
✔ Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
✔ Excellent time management and organizational skills.
