Job Responsibilities
1. Teaching Positions (Primary, Middle, and Secondary Teachers)
- Deliver engaging and student-centered lessons as per the CBSE & IGCSE curriculum.
- Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and academic support.
- Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking.
- Utilize IT tools and educational technology to enhance learning experiences.
2. School Engagement & Professional Development
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance curriculum development.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings.
- Engage in professional learning and training sessions.
Minimum Requirements
✔ Educational Qualification:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree + B.Ed. (Distance and Open University degrees not accepted)
✔ Teaching Experience: - Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in CBSE & IGCSE curriculum
- UAE teaching experience is preferred
✔ Skills & Competencies: - Strong IT skills and digital teaching proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for teaching and student development
