Job Overview
We are hiring skilled professionals in the technical, engineering, and maintenance fields. Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience and should be on a visit visa or canceled visa.
Key Responsibilities (Based on Position)
- MEP Technicians, Electricians & HVAC Technicians: Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Plumbers & Mechanical Technicians: Handle installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and mechanical equipment.
- Multi Civil Technicians: Execute civil works such as painting, carpentry, and masonry.
- BMS Operators & CAFM Operators: Manage and monitor building automation systems and facility management software.
- AV Technicians & Kitchen Technicians: Install, repair, and maintain audiovisual equipment and kitchen appliances.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in the relevant field.
- Education: Technical diploma or certification in the related trade.
- Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair technical issues.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Hospitality experience is mandatory for certain roles.
