📌 Job Summary:
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, manage reservations, and provide a seamless guest experience.
📌 Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and escort them to their tables.
- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Communicate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally.
📌 Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or hospitality-related qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in other languages preferred), strong customer service skills, and a professional appearance.
