We are hiring for the following positions:
1. Multi Technician
- As a Multi Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across various systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing, within the managed facilities.
- Candidates must be well-versed in handling diverse technical issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the seamless operation of the property.
2. Electrician
- Electricians will be tasked with maintaining electrical systems, installing wiring and lighting, repairing faults, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- A focus on delivering consistent quality and prompt service is critical for this role.

Responsibilities:
Multi Technician:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all activities.
Electrician:
- Inspect and maintain electrical systems to ensure reliability and safety.
- Install, test, and repair wiring, switches, and circuit breakers.
- Adhere to all electrical codes, regulations, and safety measures.
- Record and document repair activities and system performance for reporting.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Education: ITI or Diploma qualification.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the UAE is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
