Job Description: Registered Nurse (Home Care) – January 2025

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Care) to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare to patients in their homes, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the home setting, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform clinical assessments, assist with wound care, and educate patients and families about managing health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to healthcare regulations and standards set by the Department of Health (DOH).
• Work independently while demonstrating excellent decision-making and critical thinking skills in managing patient care.

Qualifications:

• DOH licensed Registered Nurse is a must.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and relevant software.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi healthcare regulations and standards.
• Immediate availability preferred.
