1. BIM Modeler (MEPF)

MEPF BIM Modelers specialize in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection modeling. Responsibilities include:

• Developing 3D BIM models for MEPF systems using Revit.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Conducting clash detection and resolving model inconsistencies.
• Creating detailed shop drawings and construction documentation.

2. Senior BIM Modeler (MEPF)

Senior BIM Modelers take a leadership role in MEPF modeling projects. Key responsibilities:

• Managing and guiding junior BIM engineers.
• Implementing BIM execution plans (BEPs).
• Coordinating BIM workflows for large-scale commercial and residential projects.
• Ensuring industry standards compliance (LOD 300-500, ASHRAE, etc.).
