Available Positions: We are seeking qualified professionals for the following site-based roles in Abu Dhabi:
- Planning Engineer
- HSE Officer
- Scaffolding Supervisor
- Lifting Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- **Planning Engineer:**
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including resource allocation and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, highlighting any potential risks or delays.
- **HSE Officer:**
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies in compliance with ADNOC standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Facilitate safety training sessions for staff and contractors.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, providing recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
- **Scaffolding Supervisor:**
- Oversee the erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures, ensuring they meet safety regulations.
- Inspect scaffolding materials and equipment for defects or damage.
- Coordinate with construction teams to plan scaffolding requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities and certifications.
- **Lifting Supervisor:**
- Supervise all lifting operations on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assess lifting plans and equipment to verify suitability for tasks.
- Conduct risk assessments related to lifting activities.
- Provide guidance and training to rigging and lifting personnel.
Qualifications and Experience:
- **Planning Engineer:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in oil and gas industry project planning.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6.
- ADNOC project experience is essential.
- **HSE Officer:**
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
- NEBOSH IGC certification or equivalent.
- Familiarity with ADNOC safety standards and procedures.
- **Scaffolding Supervisor:**
- Certification in scaffolding supervision.
- Minimum of 5 years experience supervising scaffolding activities in industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and best practices.
- ADNOC project experience is preferred.
- **Lifting Supervisor:**
- Certification as a Lifting Supervisor or Appointed Person for Lifting Operations (APLO).
- At least 5 years experience in supervising lifting operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of lifting equipment and techniques.
- Experience with ADNOC projects is advantageous.
