Available Positions:
We are urgently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions to join our HVAC Maintenance Project in Abu Dhabi:
- HVAC Maintenance Engineer
- Senior HVAC Technician
- HVAC Technician
- Chiller Technician
- ETS Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- HVAC Maintenance Engineer:
- Oversee the planning and coordination of HVAC systems, including AHU/FCU, duct installation, and piping.
- Manage chilled water line systems and ensure efficient operation.
- Supervise installation and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Senior HVAC Technician:
- Lead a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
- HVAC Technician:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air handling units and fan coil units.
- Assist in the installation of HVAC components and systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Chiller Technician:
- Conduct maintenance and repair of chiller systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor system parameters and adjust settings as necessary.
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues within chiller units.
- ETS Operator:
- Operate and monitor Energy Transfer Stations (ETS) to ensure efficient energy distribution.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of ETS equipment.
- Respond promptly to alarms and system anomalies, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant technical qualifications and certifications in HVAC or related fields.
- Proven experience in HVAC operations and maintenance, with specific expertise corresponding to the applied position.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including AHU, FCU, chiller maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Immediate availability to join the project in Abu Dhabi.
