Assistant Spareparts Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in running daily spare parts business operations.
- Ensure accurate records and compare them with purchases, sales, and orders.
- Monitor and regularly check spare parts pricing policies.
- Ensure stock data is continuously updated.
- Confirm the correct application of spare parts policies.
- Prepare financial and statistical reports for the department.
- Identify and address any deviations or misconduct among employees.
- Provide training, orientation, and guidance to employees as needed.
- Evaluate suppliers offering alternative parts matching the quality of originals.
- Assist in implementing marketing policies for the department.
- Support pricing bids related to spare parts.
- Maintain accurate records of parts replaced under warranty and faulty parts.
- Build loyalty and ensure long-term revenue by maintaining regular customer contact.
- Perform tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Sales Executive – Spare Parts
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets as per plan.
- Prioritize sales activities to meet set goals.
- Demonstrate products to customers and determine their needs.
- Exhibit salesmanship by ensuring customer satisfaction and closing sales effectively.
- Explain the functionality of equipment to customers.
- Negotiate prices with customers, adhering to company policy.
- Record and authenticate lost sales and report reasons to the supervisor.
- Notify the supervisor of any stock deviations for supplier claims.
- Maintain proper documentation for special orders and cannibalized spare parts.
- Ensure adequate stock placement and replenishment.
- Assist inventory control in identifying slow-moving or dead stock.
- Supply items as per customer requests.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Technical Engineering.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in spare parts operations.
Skills:
- Sales and marketing abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Convincing and customer-focused communication.
- Basic mathematics knowledge.
Service Advisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare repair orders based on customer requests and advise on repair costs.
- Conducted vehicle condition checks and obtained customer signatures for work orders.
- Schedule service appointments and record vehicle information.
- Liaise with workshops to update customers on any delays.
- Inform customers about required diagnostics and additional work.
- Prepare invoices and ensure all details, including consumables, are accurate.
- Explain workshop notes to customers clearly.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as required by the department head.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Experience:
- 3-4 years in a similar role in the automotive sector.
Skills:
- Knowledge of auto parts and components.

Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose vehicle faults and perform repairs as instructed by the workshop supervisor.
- Inspect vehicles for additional work requirements.
- Secure supervisor approval for parts replacement or extra work.
- Inform supervisors if deadlines cannot be met.
- Maintain control over replaced parts as per company policies.
- Utilize special tools to improve productivity and quality.
- Keep updated with technical publications and product knowledge.
- Foster customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area.
- Report unsafe practices in the workshop to supervisors.
- Execute additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Education:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Technical Engineering or ITI.
Experience:
- 3-4 years in a similar role in the automotive sector.

- Professional in auto electrical/mechanical components.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Basic Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the respective automotive position.
- Candidates must be local in Kuwait with a transferable residence.
