Job Description:

– Managing overall activities pertaining to the swimming pool.
– Managing service delivery efficiently based on the agreed SLA and KPI on Pool Maintenance.
– Applying a predictive, proactive, and preventive approach to facility management.
– Building a strong rapport with the client and ensuring their concerns are resolved in a timely manner.
– CAPEX/OPEX budget management.
– Monthly report preparation, technical report writing, root cause analysis.
– Managing DLP services in adherence to the company’s standards and specifications.
– Providing a PPM Plan schedule and conducting site visits on a regular basis as per the agreed schedule.
– Monitoring the SLA (Response time Vs Priority) for each RM call-out and ensuring contract requirements are met all the time. An action plan should be agreed upon in case of any deviation.
– Proposing cost-saving projects as a part of the Continual Improvement Program.
– Being able to create WMS, understand RA, PTW, and ensuring that works are done safely on-site adhering to company policy.
– Ensuring that swimming pools secure a good rating during internal and external audits.

Qualification: Diploma or degree with NSPF/PWTAG/CPO/ASPF/PPF certification.

Experience: 5+ years in Pool, CAFM Maximo knowledge.
