We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Draftsman to join our team in Kuwait. As an HVAC Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in the design and preparation of technical drawings for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will contribute to the successful implementation of projects and ensure accurate representations of HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare detailed technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and specifications, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand project requirements and translate them into accurate drawings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in the HVAC industry.
- Generate equipment schedules, ductwork layouts, piping diagrams, and other necessary drawings for HVAC system installations.
- Incorporate design changes and modifications as directed by project managers or engineers.
- Coordinate with other trades (electrical, plumbing, structural, etc.) to ensure proper integration of HVAC systems within the overall building design.
- Review shop drawings and submittals from contractors and suppliers to verify accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
