Republican presumptive nominee for the November elections Donald Trump arrived Manhattan courthouse for his hush money case proceedings Tuesday as he did not miss the opportunity to fire a fresh salvo toward the judge.

It is the second day of the former president’s criminal case proceedings as the jury selection will also be carried out today. It will take one to two weeks to finalise the jurors.

The 77-year-old businessman was indicted last month in March for the first time in a case that alleged him of paying hush money to an adult film star Stormy Daniels and falsifying business records in 2016.

According to Daniels, they had consensual sexual interaction in 2006, after he was married to Melania Trump.

In his remarks, Donald Trump wrote on Truth Social Tuesday: “This conflicted, Trump-Hating Judge won’t let me respond to people that are on TV lying and spewing hate all day long.”

The former president went on: “He is running roughshod over my lawyers and legal team. The New York System of Justice is being decimated by critics from all over the World.”

Reiterating his claims about rigged elections, he further wrote: “I want to speak, or at least be able to respond. Election Interference! RIGGED, UNCONSTITUTIONAL TRIAL! Take off the Gag Order!!!”

Under the gag order, Trump is not prohibited from speaking while at the trial as the order bars him to not speaking regarding witnesses, jurors, prosecutors, court staff, and family members of the prosecutors, court staff and Manhattan district attorney, according to CNN
