- Professional certification such as NEBOSH International Diploma, CSP, or CMIOSH
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards

- Expertise in Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) implementation
- Strong leadership skills managing multicultural project teams
