Job Description

This role is for an experienced HR professional ready to shape the employee experience across recruitment, onboarding, learning, and policy enforcement. You’ll manage personnel documentation, workforce analytics, Saudization strategies, and drive a high-performance culture in line with company objectives.

Working across multiple departments, this position requires a strategic mindset, strong legal knowledge, and people-first leadership skills tailored for the unique landscape of Saudi Arabia’s entertainment and leisure industries.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities for all departments.

  • Maintain organized and compliant personnel records and HR documentation.

  • Handle employee relations, grievance procedures, and corrective actions.

  • Oversee implementation of the Saudization strategy in line with national goals.

  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff upskilling.

  • Support performance management processes, including reviews and promotions.

  • Monitor compliance with KSA labor laws and internal HR policies.

  • Prepare and update workforce planning reports and org structure charts.

  • Track HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, and engagement levels.

  • Collaborate on budgeting and financial planning within HR operations.

  • Lead communication of KPIs, policies, and HR objectives to internal teams.

  • Coach and manage HR team members to maintain high service levels.
