The HR Business Partner Job in Dubai focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver HR solutions across employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and policy implementation.
This role requires a proactive and strategic HR professional who can coach managers, manage complex employee relations cases, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Payroll teams to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage employee relations cases and provide expert HR advice
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
- Drive performance management and employee engagement programs
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with UAE labour laws
- Collaborate with recruitment, L&D, and payroll teams
- Analyze HR data such as attrition, engagement, and headcount
- Recommend improvements based on HR analytics and insights
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience
