Job Description

The HR Assistant Manager at LuLu Exchange Kuwait will support the Human Resources department in strategic and operational capacities. This mid-senior level role involves implementing HR policies, maintaining labor law compliance, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring the company retains a productive, engaged, and compliant workforce.

You’ll be the go-to person for grievance resolution, employee relations, and negotiations, while also contributing to leadership discussions around workforce planning and HR best practices.

Job Responsibilities
