Job Description

HR/Admin

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, training, and orientation.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
  • Support HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address employee inquiries, concerns, and needs, fostering a harmonious work environment.
