Job Description
HR/Admin
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, training, and orientation.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
- Support HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with various departments to address employee inquiries, concerns, and needs, fostering a harmonious work environment.
