Job Description
We are hiring from inside Kuwait
Arabic Hostess to join our team. As an Arabic Hostess, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable and comfortable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
– Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
– Provide accurate information about the menu items and make recommendations.
– Take and process food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
– Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
– Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
– Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
– Maintain a positive and friendly attitude throughout interactions with guests.
– Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.
Requirements:
– Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Arabic Hostess in a reputable establishment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
– Professional appearance and grooming.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
