In-house designers
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative In-house Designers to join our team. As an In-house Designers, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand identity. You will collaborate with various teams to produce design assets for both digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling design solutions.
- Create and produce design assets, including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, infographics, brochures, banners, and presentations.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different channels.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to incorporate fresh and innovative design ideas.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and iterate designs based on requirements.
- Provide support in creating and editing videos, animations, and other multimedia assets.
- Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and other suppliers to ensure high-quality output.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an In-house Designer or similar role.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of digital and print design best practices.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes accordingly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics software is a plus.
