Anshula Kapoor spoke about the insecurities she has with her body.

Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s wedding reception was recently attended by many celebs like Tabu, Kajol, Raveena Tandon, and Huma Qureshi. They were seen enjoying the special day with Sonakshi. Anshula Kapoor, daughter of renowned filmmaker Boney Kapoor and actor Arjun Kapoor’s sister, was also present at the reception party. Prior to attending the event, Anshula shared on social media the insecurities and issues she has faced regarding her body. Her recent post highlights the struggles and pain she has experienced, reflecting the challenges many women and girls encounter with body image.

Anshula Kapoor, unlike Arjun Kapoor and half-sister Jahnvi Kapoor, did not pursue a career in films but has become quite popular on social media for her body positivity content. Recently, she shared a heartfelt post about her body insecurities. She wrote, “It was a wedding to celebrate the union of two beautiful people, but this was also the evening when my body insecurities were at their peak. I am a girl who has many ‘bloated’ days in her life. When my stomach feels uncomfortable, my face looks swollen, and whenever I look in the mirror at such times, I feel that my body is not mine.”

Anshula further writes in her post, “These are the days for me when I like to hide myself under my blanket. I want to read a book and don’t want the world to see me … but when you have the best people in your team, they make these days easier for you and stop you from hiding like this.” She further writes, “I started this day thinking the worst about myself, but I feel grateful tonight that I didn’t let my insecurities stop me and took myself out for this celebration. Believe me, it takes a lot of courage and I have the best team.”
