  • Fluent in Arabic language (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist is preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and appointment scheduling
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required


  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Register patients, verify their personal and insurance information, and update records as necessary
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar effectively
  • Answer phone calls and address inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Provide necessary forms and paperwork to patients and assist them in completing required documents
  • Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
  • Handle patient billing and payment processing, including insurance claims if applicable
  • Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, including maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Collaborate with the medical team to provide support and contribute to the overall efficiency of the clinic

  • Female candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting
  • Proficiency in financial accounting principles and practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Qatar’s accounting regulations and tax laws is a plus


  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
  • Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, invoices, and other financial documents
  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes
  • Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement or cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Support the auditing process by providing necessary documentation and information
  • Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable, including timely invoicing and collection efforts
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and facilitate financial decision-making
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data
