Job Description(Fusion Cell)
Electrician(Fusion Cell)
LOCATION: Al Jaber Air Base Kuwait
SALARY: $95K (possible tax-free income)
HOUSING: Off-base in a shared villa (2 people per villa)
WORK SCHEDULE: 8 hr/day, 5 day/week / During exercises – 12 hr/day, 6 days/week
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for performing operation, maintenance, and repair of interior and exterior electrical systems in accordance with the performance work statement such as primary and secondary distribution systems, HV switchgear, transformers and receivers, etc. The qualified candidate will work with a team of OM&R personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project completion.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shall inspect, maintain and repair electrical switchgear, power cabling, and transformers up to the point of connection to local country utilities.
Shall inspect, operate, maintain, and repair electrical distribution at voltages that range from 120v-11KV.
Shall mark all electrical equipment, motors, and panel boxes to meet the requirements of the National Electrical Code.
Shall be able to properly use technical orders, manufacturer’s handbooks, local procedures, codes, and directives to install, repair equipment, and troubleshoot malfunctions.
Shall advise on, diagnose and repair electrical power distribution and special purpose electrical systems installation malfunctions.
Shall complete and maintain records and inspection reports.
Ensures all work areas are kept clean, orderly, and in a safe manner.
Follow all OSHA and NFPA safety requirements.
Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government property provided for contractor use (eg, including government facilities, equipment, and tools).
Completes training in compliance with Vectrus, OSHA, and United States Air Force (USAF) requirements.
Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheets.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Plumber(Fusion Cell)
LOCATION: Al Jabar Air Base Kuwait
SALARY: $100K – (POTENTIAL for Tax-Free pay) plus inclusive housing and food.
Note: 60hr work week with additional 30 days of PTO.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the inspection, operation, maintenance, and repair of water supply and wastewater collection systems and related components such as hot water heaters and plumbing fixtures in accordance with the performance work statement to support warm base operations and exercises. Must have at the time of offer and maintain a valid US SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearance.
