The Specialist, Community & Social Ops will manage Exinity’s PiP community across key platforms like X, Discord, and Telegram. Your role is to drive engagement through clear prompts, structured communication, and well-timed updates while maintaining channel discipline.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Run daily community cadence across Discord, Telegram, and X: prompts, countdowns, spotlights, and recaps

Moderate conversations, enforce rules, and maintain constructive debate

Deliver fast, on-brand responses to FAQs and user questions

Ensure disclaimers (simulated market/NFA) are included where needed

Coordinate with design, motion, and creator teams to ensure content delivery is on point
