Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive FM Engineers to join our Facilities Management team. As an FM Engineers you will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of various building systems and equipment to ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities.

Responsibilities: (FM Engineers)

1. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other critical systems.
2. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, coordinating repairs as needed to minimize disruptions to facility operations.

6. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to oversee maintenance and repairs performed by third-party providers.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in facilities management, building systems maintenance, or a similar role.
3. Solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
4. Knowledge of building automation systems and energy management principles.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
7. Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) are a plus.
