Job Description

The Assistant Manager, Electronics Workshop will lead a team of skilled technicians responsible for maintaining and repairing sophisticated military vehicle systems. The role covers all aspects of electronic, navigational, and optronic maintenance, from inspections and rebuilds to overhauls and final quality checks.

You will develop and enforce maintenance and quality directives, manage preventive maintenance schedules using SAP, and ensure that all work meets OEM specifications and KPI targets. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who can balance technical expertise with operational efficiency and team development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all Electronics Workshop employees.

  • Plan and oversee maintenance of navigational, optronic, and electronic systems on military vehicles.

  • Ensure all work complies with technical manuals, KPIs, and OEM specifications.

  • Develop, implement, and enforce maintenance and ISO 9001 quality directives.

  • Conduct final inspections to guarantee product quality before delivery.

  • Manage preventive maintenance tasks in SAP and monitor daily/weekly progress reports.

  • Oversee hazardous materials storage and disposal according to environmental regulations.
