The Demi Chef de Partie – In-Room Dining supports the CDP/Sous Chef to deliver consistent, brand-perfect dishes for room service guests around the clock. You’ll work across hot, cold, breakfast, and prep stations, implementing recipe cards to the gram and plating guides to the pixel. The role suits chefs who balance speed with precision, maintain pristine hygiene, and communicate clearly with service and stewarding teams.

You’ll handle equipment such as deep fryers, broilers, stoves, steamers, mixers, slicers, ovens, tilt kettles, waffle irons, and flat top grills—maintaining and cleaning them to HACCP standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook IRD menu items to recipe cards, portion sizes, and plating standards.
