Collections Supervisor – DSV Global Transport and Logistics

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of collections agents and ensure they meet performance goals and targets.
• Develop and implement collection strategies and procedures to optimize debt recovery.
• Monitor and assess individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and create development plans for team members.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints related to collections.

Requirements:
