About Us: Al Etihad Credit Bureau is a Public Joint Stock Company wholly owned by the UAE Federal Government. As per UAE Federal Law No. (6) of 2010 concerning Credit Information, the company is mandated to regularly collect credit information from financial and non-financial institutions in the UAE. Al Etihad Credit Bureau aggregates and analyzes this data to calculate Credit Scores and produce Credit Reports that are made available to individuals and companies in the UAE.

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A master’s degree in HR or a related discipline can be advantageous.

Experience:

  • Several years of experience in human resources roles, with progressively increasing responsibilities. Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager can be beneficial.

HR Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, labor laws, and regulations.

Leadership Skills:

  • Experience in managing HR teams and leading HR initiatives.

Communication:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees, management, and external partners.

Employee Relations:

  • Ability to handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Experience in recruitment, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization.

Performance Management:

  • Proficiency in performance appraisal processes, feedback mechanisms, and development plans.

Training and Development:

  • Knowledge of training needs analysis, development of training programs, and employee skill enhancement.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Familiarity with compensation structures, benefits administration, and ensuring competitive compensation packages.

Employee Policies:

  • Ability to develop, update, and communicate employee policies and procedures.

Data Analysis:

  • Skill in analyzing HR metrics and data to provide insights for decision-making.

Change Management:

  • Experience in managing organizational change and guiding employees through transitions.

Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to address HR-related challenges and provide effective solutions.

Ethical Conduct:

  • Adherence to ethical and confidential handling of employee information.
