Management Consultancy (PMC) framework.

As the commercial architect of the project, you will oversee the EPC contractor’s
global supply chain and subcontracting activities, ensuring transparency, compliance,
and optimal commercial outcomes. You will serve as the Client’s primary safeguard
against contractual disputes, commercial risk exposure, and supply chain volatility.

💼 Key Responsibilities – Procurement Manager Jobs KSA

  • Commercial Oversight: Audit and monitor the EPC contractor’s full procurement lifecycle, including bidder qualification, Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), award processes, and PO close-out.
  • Contract Administration: Manage Prime Contract obligations, including change orders, claims management, and dispute resolution.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Validate the Global Procurement Plan and ensure long-lead equipment (reactors, compressors, etc.) meets project timelines.
  • Subcontract Management: Oversee site subcontract formation, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
