  • Manage and monitor EPC contractor site execution across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines.
  • Review 90-day and 3-week look-ahead schedules, identifying delays and enforcing recovery strategies.
  • Oversee heavy lift logistics, modular deliveries, and high-density SIMOPS site coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards and “Right First Time” construction philosophy.
  • Validate contractor progress for payment certification and evaluate field change notices.
  • Champion Zero Harm safety culture, hazard mitigation, and site housekeeping excellence.

📊 Site Execution, Productivity & Compliance

  • Drive workforce productivity across multi-thousand-person construction environments.
  • Coordinate subcontractor tiers and complex engineering-procurement-construction interfaces.
  • Maintain strict compliance with IFC drawings, technical standards, and project governance.
