Requirements:
Qualifications:
Diploma (or equivalent) in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Field
Minimum 6 months of working experience / internship in the HVAC industry / field
A valid driving license is a plus
Knowledge of:
Principles and practices of HVAC equipment’s maintenance and repair inline with industry practices & manufacturer’s guidelines
Hazar & Safety practices and procedures used in installing, repairing & maintaining HVAC equipment and MSDS sheets.
Overall understanding & practices of tools utilization & management
Preparation & filling of inspection reports / Technical reports
Overall understanding & complying with quality management practices as per company standards & any other applicable quality standards
Good English knowledge in terms of speaking, writing, reading & listening
Communication & inter-personal skills, team player & customer oriented
Basic understanding & knowledge in Metal sheets, electrical, carpentry & Building Automation controls
Service Sales Engineer
About The Role
This position is for an established Outside Sales professional supporting various Outside Sales activities and customer relationship management. Responsible for supporting the company’s interests and establishing business relationships to enhance outside sales performance.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical
3-5 years of working experience in selling service agreements
Experience in HVAC sector
Problem identification and resolution skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good work organization/detail oriented
Time management
Supervisory skills
Fluency in English and Arabic
Driver license
Responsibilities
As a Service Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
Handle retaining existing Service Agreement base and Pull Through repair business.
Establishes prospects and develops a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer needs.
Aids in and supports business development activities for prospects within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.
Prospects bid opportunities, participates in the preparation of bid responses and the negotiation with potential customers.
Develops new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
Identifies prospective target accounts and presents to sales business development team.
Develops personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
Attends trade shows at times to increase the visibility of the organization and potentially influence prospects.
