Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in HVAC&R systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC&R systems, controls, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed service sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and prospects in the HVAC&R industry.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, helping them select the best solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized service solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
