About this job
Job Requirements:
- Job expectations fall in line with the RBT/QABA ethics code and company guidelines/working expectations.
- Experience working with children within the role or equivalent (at least 1 year of experience is preferred)
- Board certified
- Registered Behavior Therapist with the BACB and/or ABAT qualified with QABA
- Competitive Salary
- Transferable Visa 18
- 5 working days per week
- Yearly Vacation + Additional Time Off (not including Kuwait Government Holidays)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing ABA Programs: Work directly with clients to implement individualized ABA therapy programs developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Data Collection: Accurately record and track client progress and behavior data during therapy sessions to inform treatment decisions.
- Behavior Management: Utilize positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Parent and Caregiver Collaboration: Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide training and support in implementing behavior strategies at home and in other settings.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy to ensure the highest standard of care for our clients.
Qualifications :
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field (preferred).
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Compassionate and patient approach to working with clients and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
