Requirements: Barista
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role, with a deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to stay updated on coffee trends and new brewing methods.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities: Barista
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Welcome and engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, keeping it clean and in good working order.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, accurately accounting for sales and providing change when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
- Stay informed about current coffee trends and new brewing techniques, sharing your knowledge with team members and customers alike
