Responsibilities:

1. Safe and Timely Deliveries: Ensure the safe transportation of bakery products to customers while adhering to all traffic rules and regulations. Prioritize timely deliveries to maintain the freshness and quality of our goods.
2. Product Integrity: Handle bakery items with care during loading, transportation, and unloading to guarantee that products reach customers in the best possible condition.
3. Route Planning: Efficiently plan delivery routes to optimize time and fuel consumption, considering traffic conditions and delivery schedules.
4. Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure the delivery vehicle is in proper working condition. Report any issues promptly.
5. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner during deliveries. Address customer queries and concerns, maintaining a positive image of the bakery.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and invoices, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed correctly.
7. Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures, including hygiene and safety protocols, to maintain a high standard of service.

Driver Requirements:

1. Valid Driver’s License: Possess a valid driver’s license for the designated vehicle type and a clean driving record.
2. Driving Experience: Previous experience in delivery driving or a similar role is preferred, showcasing a reliable and responsible driving history.
3. Familiarity with Routes: Knowledge of local roads, streets, and neighborhoods in Kuwait to facilitate efficient navigation.
4. Safety Awareness: Prioritize safety at all times, following road regulations and demonstrating defensive driving techniques.
5. Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting and carrying bakery items, sometimes of varying weights, during loading and unloading.
6. Communication Skills: Effective communication and customer service abilities to interact positively with customers and address inquiries.
7. Reliability: Exhibit punctuality and dependability, ensuring timely deliveries without compromising on quality.
8. Attention to Detail: Diligently follow instructions, maintain accurate records, and handle products with precision.
9. Team Player: Collaborate effectively with bakery staff to coordinate deliveries and contribute to a smooth operation.
10. Adaptability: Remain adaptable to changing schedules, routes, and last-minute delivery adjustments.
