Key Responsibilities – Assistant Project Manager (Furniture Fit-out) in Dubai
- Support the Project Manager with daily site coordination
- Track furniture production, delivery & installation schedules
- Coordinate suppliers, installers, consultants & clients
- Prepare project trackers, schedules & reports
- Assist with shop drawings & material submittals
- Attend site meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
- Monitor site progress and flag risks or delays
- Support snag lists, punch lists & handover documents

Requirements – Assistant Project Manager (Furniture Fit-out) in Dubai
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management

- Ability to read drawings & furniture schedules
