1. North Indian Cook:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook North Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, and tandoori items.
  • Follow authentic recipes and maintain the quality and consistency of the dishes.

  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
