Job Title: Teller
Location: Kuwait
Responsibilities:
- Perform cash handling duties, including processing transactions, counting currency, and ensuring accuracy.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and offer exceptional customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of current exchange rates, fees, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Uphold a professional image and represent Almalek Exchange in a positive manner.
Requirements:
- Asian nationalities (specifically from countries in Asia).
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience as a teller or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and cash handling equipment.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid residence permit/work visa in Kuwait.
