1. AC Technician: Al Majed
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify AC system issues and malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating moving parts.
- Replace faulty or worn-out components and ensure the proper functioning of the entire system.
- Calibrate and adjust AC units to meet manufacturer specifications and energy efficiency standards.
- Respond to service calls and address emergency repair requests promptly.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work conducted.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an AC Technician or in a similar HVAC role.
- Knowledge of various air conditioning systems and their components.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing AC system problems.
- Familiarity with refrigerant handling and safety protocols.
- Ability to use tools and equipment necessary for AC repair and maintenance.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in different environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC apprenticeship or relevant certification is a plus.
2. Architect: Al Majed
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create and present design proposals, including drawings, blueprints, and 3D models, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Ensure that architectural plans comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for construction projects.
- Oversee and supervise the implementation of architectural designs during construction.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any design or construction issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Architect, preferably with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Strong creative and artistic abilities, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
