3.0 JOB SUMMARY:
In this newly created, strategic, individual contributor role, you will have a varied and senior remit. Working with every part of the business and especially the senior leadership team, you will influence and coach to create new and more modern ways of working. The NetSuite ERP analyst oversees transformation from inception, embrace digital technology, and embed digital thinking at the core of our business. The analyst delivers business needs of technology and prioritizes artificial intelligence and machine learning.
4.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business implementation process in best practice applying policy and procedure.
Provide right cloud service and automation based on business strategy.
Set automation as the baseline for all processes and services
Provide effective solutions, reports, data analytics, and AI technology: enabling data analytics and digital thinking and data-driven and decision-making throughout.
Taking care of business data protection: implementing user control and process.
Support of development roadmap and change request plan to prioritize efforts to implement the right product and requirement in alignment with needs with effective cost.
Work closely with Senior Staff and other relevant stakeholders within and across the Company to establish and maintain an institutional planning and governance framework for information technology, including the appropriate decision-making and communication structures to execute effective technology deployment and timely project delivery.
Managing innovation and integrated solutions in support of training, learning, research and innovation.
Problem solving, budget management, and creativity to create a vision of business needs with information technology and make sure to implement that vision in a high-quality and sustainable manner.
Commitment on delivery services in professional development of the staff, fostering practices for managing individual and team performance.
Excellent in communication and capable of motivating through team leadership skills, a clear vision, exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, and a talent for leading and managing change.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
