Job Description
The Stores Controller is responsible for managing Air Arabia’s technical stores to ensure that all maintenance tools, spare parts, and consumables are available, correctly stored, and accurately recorded. All activities must comply with company policies and procedures as well as civil aviation authority regulations.
You will monitor stock levels for routine and urgent maintenance requirements, conduct daily inspections of storage conditions, and maintain accurate records using the AMOS system. The role also involves coordinating logistics for parts movement between the main stores, MRO, outstations, and aircraft—including support for engines, APUs, and dangerous goods handling.

Job Responsibilities
Inventory Control and Availability

Manage stock levels for daily demand and routine maintenance items, including tool kits, spare parts, wheels, batteries, and oils.

Ensure availability of tools and components to support planned and unplanned maintenance tasks and safe aircraft release.

Provide inventory and stores support for Air Arabia and third-party aircraft in line with adopted procedures.
Storage Conditions and Safety

Perform daily inspections of storage areas to ensure proper temperature, humidity, and safety conditions are maintained.

Education
