Job description : Administrative coordinator

Administrative coordinator

Role: Administrative Coordinator (native Japanese speaker)
Work location: Dubai
Term: 1 August 2023-31 March 2024
Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00-17:00 (8hrs), Friday
8:00-12:00 (4hrs) 36hrs/week Salary: AED 8,400 per month
Requirements:
Administrative coordinator
  • BA in the university or higher with a valid graduation certificate
  • Excellent level in English and Japanese for speaking.
  • listening and writing, which enables to achieve sufficiently aforementioned duties. It would be preferable to speak, listen and write Arabic
  • At least plural years’ experience of working on business development projects.
  • More than two (2) years continuous service for the previous (actual) sponsor.
  • Working for a Japanese affiliate company would be preferable
  • Excellent at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
