Job Description
This Program Manager role is pivotal in delivering Pontoon’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs. You’ll manage a medium-sized team, ensure KPI and SLA alignment, support vendor management, and provide escalation support. Candidates will be expected to bring UAE/GCC labor law knowledge, experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) like Fieldglass or Beeline, and a proven ability to handle enterprise client expectations.
Ideal for experienced professionals in Staffing, RPO, or current MSP team leaders, this role offers both strategic influence and operational leadership.
Job Responsibilities

Serve as the Level 2 escalation point for client and program-related issues

Lead a team of 6+ while fostering a high-performance culture

Drive KPIs/SLA performance through Governance reviews

Coordinate client meetings, reporting, and workforce planning

Use VMS tools (Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand, etc.) for tracking and compliance

Ensure recruitment and HR operations comply with local UAE labor laws

Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, and Client teams

Develop strategic initiatives to grow client accounts

Experience:

7+ years in Contingent Workforce / MSP Management

2+ years experience in UAE/GCC labor markets

VMS platform experience (Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand, etc.)

Prior team management (6+ members)

Financial Services industry exposure preferred

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Certifications in LEAN, Prince2, or HR project management are a plus
